Group Chief Exec
Tim started his career at McCanns working on Coca Cola International.  He then moved into Direct Marketing, building campaigns for Guinness, Allied Bakeries, BAA and Virgin Atlantic.  As well as Chief Executive duties across the Group, he still heads up the RCCL account.  When he’s not doing that, it’s all things Arsenal and Fujian White Crane.

Managing Director/New Business


Julian brings over 20 years of both offline and digital marketing experience on multi-channel campaigns across Europe with BP, Visa, Bass Leisure Retail, National Car Rental, Orange and Currys.  He ensures all client requirements are met strategically and financially, delivering campaigns in the most efficient way possible.

Pete comes with 25 years’ IT experience in a career spanning Aerospace Support, Industrial Automation and since 1996, the Internet. With expertise including business analysis, process re-engineering, software development, system support, account direction and online marketing, Pete offers an objective view and a unique ability to present technical concepts in laymans language. Pete also has a penchant for exotic holiday destinations and a car that seems to levitate to order.

Tim is a digital marketing expert with over 12 years experience developing and implementing online campaigns. A specialist in search marketing Tim has consistently delivered successful outcomes in paid and organic search for major brands in the UK, Australia and the USA. Recently this has also been expanded to include the growing opportunities in social media. Tim¹s work portfolio has included a wide range of blue chip companies including Rank Interactive, Vodafone, Louis Vuitton, the BBC, Burger King, News Corporation, Colgate and Thrifty. Tim is responsible for formulating search strategy and its subsequent tactical execution through the experienced Positive Digital search team.
