It's been a few months since the Cookie law came into force and there is now some clarity on how the law effects marketer’s abilities to track visitors. In addition, the updates also clarify what can be tracked without an explicit opt-in from the user and define which specific user permissions are required before a cookie can be saved onto a user's computer.
